So’Access, a brand of the Auvergne Habitat group, wanted to strengthen its image and optimize the digital experience: a modernized visual universe, fluid ergonomics, and comprehensive digital support.
Our work covered rebuilding the visual universe, UX/UI, website development, as well as SEA acquisition and social-media strategy to promote home ownership in the Clermont metropolitan area via rent-to-own (PSLA) and existing properties.
The responsive platform was custom-built, integrating a powerful search engine, an alert form, detailed listings (new and existing), and clearly explained PSLA mechanisms (tax benefits, guarantees, conditions).
